traccia™ is a Career Intelligence Platform operated by traccia, Inc., a Delaware corporation registered at 11150 Russwood Circle, Dallas, TX 75229. You can reach us at hello@traccia.io.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the platform:

• Name and email address
• Career history and professional information you choose to log
• Achievement entries, reflections, and notes you create
• Professional relationship data you enter into traccia™ Passage

If you connect your LinkedIn account, we receive only the data you authorize — such as your employment history — through LinkedIn's Member Data Portability API. We do not store client names, proprietary deal terms, or other information that belongs to your employer.

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, and usage patterns, to operate and improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the traccia™ platform
• Generate your traccia™ Career Passport and Career Intelligence Narrative
• Deliver AI-powered coaching, Reflection Assist, and career insights
• Communicate with you about your account and platform updates
• Maintain the security and integrity of your data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your career data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. LinkedIn Integration

traccia™ uses LinkedIn's OAuth and Member Data Portability API to allow you to import your professional history. When you connect your LinkedIn account:

• You authorize the specific data shared — we request only what is necessary
• Your LinkedIn credentials are never stored by traccia™
• You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your account settings

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely and we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. traccia™ is built on the principle that your career intelligence belongs to you — we treat it accordingly.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your career data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

traccia™ uses a limited set of trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including hosting (Netlify), analytics (Plausible — privacy-friendly, no cookies), and AI processing (Anthropic). These providers process data only as necessary to deliver services and are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

We do not use advertising networks or allow third parties to collect data about you for their own purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

traccia™ is designed for working professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of traccia™ after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
